Victoria has been in retail since 2008, running her own store from 2014 until she sold it in 2024. Fifty-plus vendors, every market season, half of it managed remotely — she lived the reality of the shop floor and the back office at the same time.
She found no shortage of people who could help with marketing and design. What she couldn't find was an operations partner who understood how brick-and-mortar actually works — and could pair that with a diagnostic mind to make the systems underneath run better. That's where The Ease Co was born.
